Tropical Smoothie with Fiber
Heavier smoothie, incorporating pureed cereal with fruit.
Ingredients
Directions
- Puree 1/2 cup fiber one cereal and 1/4 cup puffed rice cereal. Put aside once blended to a powder.
- Add banana, strawberries, pineapple juice, almond milk, cereal mixture, and top with vanilla packet.
- Blend for approximately 25 seconds, shake, and blend another 25 seconds. Makes a 16 fl oz serving. Enjoy!
