Directions

  1. Drain cauliflower and break into small pieces. Cool.
  2. Combine cauliflower, anchovies (optional), and capers in a medium bowl.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients and toss with cauliflower mixture.
  4. Note: recipe based on You On a Diet recipe.
