hi... just read your post and wanted to wish you some luck getting through this day. There's been plenty of days when i've need it too. Try to do something nice for yourself today -- a long bath, manicure or pedicare. Something that pampers yourself, and maybe that will help motivate you to keep with your diet - taking care of yourself, with good food too. I know it sounds silly, but its worked for me in the past. If that doesn't work, endulge in the day for yourself, then try not to beat yourself up about it, and start fresh the next day.
