A delicious sugar-free, all natural sorbet you can blend at home.
Ingredients
Directions
- Place frozen raspberries and frozen mangos in blender. Pour unsweetened orange juice over the mix.
- Blend on high speed until smooth.
- Place in a serving cup with a mint sprig if desired, and enjoy!
- Note: it will be just as pleasingly sweet as commercial sorbet, but without added sugar.

orange juice from the carton is high in sugar. instead, try the zest of half a tangerine and a packet of Truvia or Stevita plus 3 tablespoons of water in which you have pre-soaked a tablespoon of finely ground flaxseeds for 5 or so minutes. the wetted flaxseeds are a natural thickener which improves the mouthfeel of frozen desserts. since you are eating the seeds of the raspberries, the ground flaxseeds will not be noticeable. the skin of the tangerine has anti-oxidants and bio-flavanoids which are anti-inflammatory and anti-wrinkle. enjoy!

this is like one of the best recipes i tried thus far. very very very tasty!!! i used frozen concentrated orange juice...you can add any frozen fruit you want and it will still come out really good. i suggest you try 1/2 a cup of frozen pineapples, a banana and a 1/2 cup of frozen concentrated orange juice!!!! thanks for the good recipe

If it came out too watery, it's probably because you didn't use FROZEN fruit and/or too much liquid. This is good. I'm going to eat this on my birthday instead of icecream.
