Italian Sausage Soup

Great for low carb diets and also tastes great.



  1. in skillet brown sausaage and drain well
  2. then add all ingredients except the parmesan cheese to your Crock-Pot
  3. Stir well, cover and cook on low for about 10 to 12 hours.... You may want to add more spices based on your personal prefrences...
  4. also if you like you can add 1 med green pepper to this (make sure to seed and chop the pepper before adding) - My hubby likes to add some pepperoni to this soup too..
  5. Makes 6 servings and is great with garlic toast...

This recipe was Wonderful. Instead of a zucchini, I put in spagetti squash and it was awesome. Tasted just like spagetti!

I make a soup like this, and I also add fresh green beans that I just cut in half or into thirds as well as some sliced carrots. Cabbage is good to. You can put almost anything in soup and it's awesome!

Awesome! I made this stove top instead of in my crockpot and just added a bit more of the spices to really give it some flavor. Delicious!
