Directions

  1. Chop vegetables.
  2. Sauté sausage in a non-stick skillet.
  3. Add onions and cook until translucent. Add consomme powder.
  4. Add potatoes and water. Bring to a boil and season according to preference.
  5. Once potatoes are tender, add kale. Simmer for 5 minutes then turn off heat.
