Miracle Noodle (Now you can eat Pasta w/o Worrying about Net Carbs!!!)
I'm so excited to announce what I discovered today -- Miracle Noodles! Bad Grin Bad Grin
They have Angel Hair Pasta, Fettuccini, Miracle Rice, and Garlic and Herb Fettuccini and a lot more!

Now I will never need to count my net carbs when I have some of those carb-craving days!

You can also try Julian Bread/Cookies which have almost Zero-net carb.

Favorite Supermarket?

Oh, another Southern Californian! I wonder if we've run into each other in the aisles while shopping.

Just a note to other local residents... Whole Foods is the only store I can find Arctic Zero (ice cream alternative with balanced protein coming in at 37 calories a serving).

And food for thought when weighing out choices on where to shop (pun intended). Consider what you save on junk food (chips, desserts, fatty snacks, pizzas, fast food, etc.) and portion control. For us the savings have significantly reduced our monthly grocery bill. Even shopping at Whole Foods, there's change left in our pockets.

That's good to know an ice cream w/so little calories! What about carbs? Cuz I'm doing Atkins low carb diet now. Might go and check it out this week.

Favorite Supermarket?
Some of you may know that Consumer Reports, in its May issue titled "Best & Worst Supermarkets," ranked best and worst supermarkets in the nation. I live in So-California, and I usually go to Ralph's to do my weekly grocery shopping. Now I'm trying to decide between Whole Foods Market and Trader Joe's. What's your favorite supermarket? Let's all eat healthy without wilting our savings and our values! Idea

Snack before exercsing in the morning.
I eat breakfast b4 going to the gym.
Usually for breakfast I'll have a cheese omelete and 4 sausages.

If i'm going to the gym after breakfast, i'll probably wait until 10 am.
