Baked Salmon Croquettes

Delicious and sophisticated croquettes with a texture and flavor that all will love.

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients (except for bread crumbs) well, and shape into croquettes.
  2. Dip in dry crumbs. Set on ungreased pan.
  3. Bake in hot oven at 450 °F (220 °C) for 20 minutes.

I was surprisd.....these were really good for a very low fat/carb dish.

This is fantastic! They taste so good even my non-fish eaters gave them a try. You really only need 1/3cup bread crumbs though. I use my ice cream scoop to dish them out and I usually get 9 instead of 10.

This was really good. I loved it.

I was inspired by this repice. Instead of using mayo I used dijon mustard and light sour cream. I also used egg beaters to lower the calories too. This was a great idea. Love it thanks.
