Apricot Chicken
Very tasty chicken with a great apricot sauce.
Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
- Place chicken in baking dish.
- In a small bowl mix together soup mix and apricot nectar. Pour over chicken.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 55 minutes.

with a little tweaking, this recipe would be ok for P1 or P2. But as it stands now, it's P3 at best because of the nectar, salt, pepper, and soup mix. Using fresh fruit and P1 spices/herbs would make the recipe A-Ok for all phases. :D

I loved it! My whole family loved it! Yes, kids too! The ingredients could be altered the if you wanted, but it's great the way it is! I had mine with a cup of brown rice and baby sweet peas!

This was great. My four kids ate thins better than Mcdonalds. I paired it with whole wheat couscous. Fabulous!!!

Very different taste. Sweet apricots made me feel like I was eating dessert with dinner.

I haven't tried this yet as the recipe didn't say what to do with the canned apricots, only the nectar. Did you bake it with the apricots on the chicken or what?
