Soft and spongy Japanese cake.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Separate egg yolks from egg whites.
  2. Beat egg yolks with other ingredients.
  3. Whip egg whites until soft peak then gently fold into the egg yolk mixture.
  4. Pour into a mold and steam in the oven at 300°F for an hour.
  5. Let cool, remove from the mold, and decorate as desired.
