Directions

  1. Place thinly sliced onions in a bath of ice cold water to reduce some of the bite. Drain after 5 minutes and pat dry.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, adding the dressings last.
  3. Cover and chill for at least one hour before serving.
