Brown Sugar Banana Muffins

Sweet and tasty baked treat, perfect with coffee or tea.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mash the bananas then beat with eggs and brown sugar.
  2. Add the other wet ingredients.
  3. Slowly add the dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Distribute into muffin tins.
  5. Bake in preheated oven at 350°F for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
