Pancakes with Blueberries

  1. Beat the egg whites until it forms a peak.
  2. In another bowl, mash the bananas. Mix with egg yolks, flour and the organic coconut creamer.
  3. Fold in the banana and flour mixture into the beaten egg whites.
  4. Add blueberries and cook the pancakes on a non-stick skillet over low heat.
