Protein Brownie

A delicious snack without added refined sugar.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Grind oats using a food processor.
  2. Melt the chocolate with butter in the microwave.
  3. Crush the walnuts.
  4. Mix everything together. Stir well to avoid lumps. Transfer to a greased or parchment-lined dish.
  5. Bake in pre-heated oven at 350°F for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before slicing into squares.
