How much calories do we realy need?
everyday I eat about 800-1000 calories less than suggested calorie for loosing weight. but my weight is constant and does not changed during past 3 weeks. all calculation said I should take 1700 calories but even with 1200 and lots of workout I cannot shed any kilos. do you have any suggestion for me?
