Splenda or Truvia? Thoughts?
Truvia, all the way. Doesn't taste like sugar, but it is sweet in its own way and doesn't have that horrid after taste.

Diet Pop. To drink or not to drink it?
Soda is your worst enemy, in my opinion. I love soda and I used to be completely addicted.
But even diet soda will bloat you and dehydrate you. Not to mention it contains MSG, which increases your appetite and cravings for sugar.
Not saying you shouldn't let loose and have a Diet Coke every once in a while, but just be careful with it.

your best advice...
Stay organized and always have a plan. If you just exercise when you want and eat what you want without keeping track, even if you are eating healthy food, it will come back to bite you in the butt.
Always, always record what you eat and how much you exercise. It's a pain in the butt, however it will benefit you in the end.
