Offsetting...
Yes, you are not alone in both offsetting and in then not actually eating the earned treat.
I am managing to lose weight steadily but as above once goal weight / shape is reached, can I eat clean enough to build lean mass / muscle, only time will tell.

wrong enter
Within the food diary there is an X for removing items, or you can click on the item and edit it if you have entered an amount incorrectly.
The exercise diary defaults to 8 hours sleep and 16 hours rest, so if you enter something incorrectly, it is a case of entering the correct information which will overwrite the incorrect entry, does that make sense?
