generally miserable this morning.
not going into the horrifying details, but suffice it to say that this will be a day of rest with occasional mad dashes for the facilities.
brain is certain this is survivable, other body parts not so sure...

down a little.
feeling good. added walking to my routine, in addition to the rowing machine. down another couple inches on my waist (dropped from 44" to 36" just since january).

exhausted yesterday from a bout of my chronic insomnia, so took a day off. still managed to eat right, though.
up to the city today with wife and oldest daughter to check out a couple new exhibits at the nelson-atkins art museum. our voyage will mean 2 meals out, but i have everything planned out. i know where we'll be eating and i know what i'll be having. should play out well.
weather is beautiful here in kansas today, looking forward to being up and around,

well, back up a few. not a big deal, though. still increasing muscle mass faster than i'm burning off weight. blood sugar tests have been pretty close to perfect for me. i'm noticeably slimmer (bought an XL shirt friday & it fits great) and have better muscle tone, also much better cardio condition with improved endurance. plus, i'm feeling great!

beautiful day today, so i added walking to my workout regimen. did about 3 1/4 miles (34 blocks) in about 40 minutes. energy still good, breathing great, cardio great, hips and ankles raising holy hell.
getting old sucks sometimes...
