exhausted yesterday from a bout of my chronic insomnia, so took a day off. still managed to eat right, though. up to the city today with wife and oldest daughter to check out a couple new exhibits at the nelson-atkins art museum. our voyage will mean 2 meals out, but i have everything planned out. i know where we'll be eating and i know what i'll be having. should play out well. weather is beautiful here in kansas today, looking forward to being up and around, y'all have great days, yourselves!
