Well, up a lot this week.
Not too worried about it, though. Continuing to replace fat with muscle.
Bought new pants this week, first time under a 40" waist in probably 25 years. Feeling incredible.
All told, a great week!

this week's off to a bad start.
had lunch at work on sunday, about an hour later lost lunch at work on sunday. managed to get a replacement and get home before the diarrhea hit.
broth sunday night and no breakfast monday, no energy to work out either day. not a great time.
managed to keep down soup for lunch monday and was feeling well enough for a home-made taco salad that night. back to work today, looking forward to a rowing session tonight before bed.
gastroenteritis is far less fun than it sounds...

well, a little retrograde movement.
pretty sure it's due to my exercise levels, spent most of december flat on my back (including a week in kumc) with a combination of uti, sepsis, pneumonia and severe dehydration. lost an unbelieveable amount of muscle mass in that time.
got my new rowing machine mid january (after i was finished with the op iv antibiotics), and initially could only do about 5 minutes at a session before reaching the point of literal collapse. now up to 20 minutes a session, did a total of 140 minutes last week (didn't do it everyday, but did two sessions some days).
so getting stronger, but new muscle regrowth is balancing out the fat loss.
all in all, a good week.

Okay, so, new to this whole thing. Not much of a joiner, but gonna see what happens.
Spent most of December flat on my back with pneumonia that turned septic. Diabetes got jacked as did my bad liver and I lost an amazing amount of muscle tone. Trying to get myself on track, healthwise.
Will try to keep my progress updated.
