I'm married with the same man for 27 years,i have one child who has graduated in june 2007, i work at a hospital as a Employment coordinator,i luuuuv dogs,i've been battling weight loss since the birth of my son ,i've lost over 100 pounds but gained a little over 40 back , stress i guess....all in all i'm pretty happy except for the weight gain....

Atkins Website has a two week meal plan with great ideas...there's still a lot of eggs but taste is different , my favorite is "creamy baked eggs with cheese" Wink
