Hi FatSecret Friends! Happy Friday! I get a work from home day today! I am pretty excited about that. I think the reduced calories and working out everyday have made me pretty tired. I have the nike fuel band, do any of you have it? How do you like it? I like mine a ton it keeps me honest as to how much moving I have done.

The weight loss is slow and steady, but at least I am losing weight! My husband even noticed that I am looking a bit more fit (although he might have been humoring me lol) Started the day off with a raw veggie juice drink! Feeling like I can do anything today! Good luck everyone!

I didn't weigh myself today. I thought I did really great with working out and eating yesterday, I was worried that if the scale didnt show anything I would feel miserable and unmotivated. I think I did really well today too. I think I will weigh myself tomorrow. Fingers crossed the news is good!

I have been doing pretty well at following the low carb diet. Its going slower than when I start atkins but there is less water weight loss in the beginning

The thing I hate about diets and food and stuff is that I can eat the same thing that other people eat and I get fat and they dont seem too. It's really not fair. I decided to start a new diet, I guess its not a diet in the sense that I am limiting certain types of food I'm just going to focus on eating healthier foods and lower calorie foods. And increase the amount of moving around I do. My husband got me a nike fuel band for christmas. I am setting my target to be 2,000 fuel points a day to start and then I will move up from there. I joined fat secret on August and I want to have reached my goal before next August when I turn 31 years old.
