The thing I hate about diets and food and stuff is that I can eat the same thing that other people eat and I get fat and they dont seem too. It's really not fair. I decided to start a new diet, I guess its not a diet in the sense that I am limiting certain types of food I'm just going to focus on eating healthier foods and lower calorie foods. And increase the amount of moving around I do. My husband got me a nike fuel band for christmas. I am setting my target to be 2,000 fuel points a day to start and then I will move up from there. I joined fat secret on August and I want to have reached my goal before next August when I turn 31 years old.

Thanks for joining my "Lose 20 Pounds by Spring" Challenge group. We can do this together. Exercise is my weakness. I only enjoy it when it's a game or a bike ride, but not by myself. And I can't find too many people who want to go for a bike ride in the winter in Colorado, me included. Let's start today and drop 20 pounds by Spring! Through reading and research, I think the difference between us and people who can "eat anything" is how their bodies handle blood sugar, and their reactions to eating high carbs. Exercise will certainly help this! Thanks for the buddy request!
