Goal weight?
I agree with k8yk!! I have 2 kids and 2 csections and my current weight is 215. I would like to go to 175 or so!!!.. I also come from a big framed family.. so as I loose the weight I will be able to gage if I need to loose more than the 40 lbs.It depends on how I look and how I feel comfortable!!!

Calorie Intake?
I'm trying to take in at least 1000 calories then I work out. If I get hungry. then I eat something else.
