Day 3 GAIN!
three days is not enough to say that a diet doesn't work. Salt, fat, etc. make a difference day in day out on the weight fluctuation..

When do I weigh?
My advice would be to to establish a routine and stick to it. My routine is to use the bathroom and weigh myself naked in the morning even before breakfast. I weight myself every other day just to make sure I'm on track. As long as the trend is losing weight I'm a happy girl.
