Strength training

Guidelines:
a good goal for strength training would be 3 times a week but lets see if we can fit it in at least 2. So this can consist of lifting weights, toning exercises, pilates, so on and so forth. Can be combined with exercise or done alternative days.

practice good self-care

Guidelines:
This should be done a minimum of once a week. lots of you work, have school, kids, have life in general and need to take time and take care of yourself. so examples would be yoga, getting a massage, meditation, drinking more water to hydrate your body, taking a long uninterupted bath, reading a book, watching a movie....anything that will give you a break and good for the overall wellbeing.

I generally like to do it same-day. Its good to start out with a good 10 min in cardio, then do your strength training and then come back to your cardio. This gets your heart pumping and primes your body ...
