Well what can I say my story is just like many others...I work full time, married and have 6 year old twins. I tend to put everyone elses needs before my own..I am finally taking the time to worry about me because if I don't their won't be anyone to worry about them...I want to get to a healthy weight. I have hypothyroidism and may be prediabetic (still awaiting results) I want to be able to play with my kids and not winded (asthma) when playing chase with my kids or getting tired to quick when I roller blade...
