How many caolories do you eat on Atkins and still manage to lose.
The Atkins Diet Revolution book is a great resource. It explains in it that people will tend eat more calories on a low carb diet, but that done correctly, our bodies will actually burn more calories than it would on a low fat/low cal diet. I was also a bit alarmed to see my calories higher, but the weight and inches keep moving down, so it is working Smile
