I am a mother of two wonderful children. I have a very supportive husband. My profession is social work which can be very challenging at times. I have been on my weight loss journey for a while. At my heaviest I was 256lbs and I was miserable and in an unhealthy marriage. At my smallest I was 156lbs and depressed. Thanks to God I was able to make some changes in my life. I remarried and very happy and here comes the weight again. LOL. Happy weight (225lbs). I have no health problems and this journey is for me.
