I am 29 years young and ready to get back into a healthy lifestyle. Over the past 5 years, I have maintained my weight up and down about 15lbs (155-170lbs). My goal is to drop a few lbs, exercise 3-5 times a week, and overhaul my eating habits. I have been on this site for almost 4 years now and when I track my calories and exercise, I have had great success in losing and/or maintaining my weight. I just need to keep on getting motivated and continue to build healthy habits.
I'll be doing 10k steps per day for the month of November to get to my month end goal of 300,000 steps. Let me know if you want to join!
