I am 27 years young and ready to get back into a healthy lifestyle. Over the past 5 years, I have maintained my weight up and down about 15lbs (155-170lbs). My goal is to drop a few lbs, exercise 3-5 times a week, and overhaul my eating habits. I am considered overweight with a 27 BMI, so I would like to ensure I can be back in the "normal" range. To me its not about the number on the scale as much as how I look and feel. I'm not trying to get back to my high school swimming weight of 125lbs, but it would be nice to be able to fit into my high school jeans which I've been hauling around since 2005. They've traveled from OH, CA, ND and now NV. Its time to get some use out of them, and this is the year! Plus, I can be a year ahead of my 10 year reunion. No time like the present. No excuses, play like a champion!
