I'm 42, married and have two kids - one boy , one girl. I'm a nursing assistant in a Sexual Health clinic and I also do bank shifts - earlies, days, lates and nights.
I love ballroom, latin and rock'n'roll dancing, reading, drawing, gardening and sleeping in my spare time - cos I don't get much sleep usually! And I've now discovered I love the gym too, so I'm getting even less chance for a little extra sleep now and I'm permanantly knackered!
I lost a lot of weight in 2010, but then had an accident and an operation which nearly killed me, so I couldn't be as active as I used to be for quite a while, so I piled the weight back on again. I dieted for 5months at the beginning of the year - just a low cal, low fat, sensible eating and more activity sort of diet - and got down to my goal weight of 9st (126lbs) - but I have re-gained 11lbs since I finished on the 20th May 2012, cos I've been very naughty (loads of birthdays and not as much exercise), so I'm back to it again and hope to lose those 11lbs by the end of May. :)
1st Target - 9st 7lbs by the end of February 2013.
