Long time marathon runner, 2 boston marathons, Triathlete including Ironman Mt. Tremblant, personal trainer...poor eater.
Love the summer, bored in the winter so the time i focus on my weight is now - pre-race season.
Looking forward to meeting other folks that lead a relatively healthy lifestyle but also like to indulge as well...lets not be crazy people - there will always be wine in this gals diet.

Love to meet people that can give and want to receive motivation...we are all here to help one another.

Please dont take the defensive comment of one woman to heart. You post was clearly meant to be kind and motivating and anyone that took it any other way - well that shows the issues there.
You are 100% correct Chadlius...a 22 year old woman can recover with toning and proper diet and exercise - that is a fact.

I also agree childbirth can be hard on the body and genetics has alot to do with it BUT the body can do amazing things with alot of focus and work.

Post where and what you want Chad...you were kind and not malicious and I am shocked at the angry response from Classicrocker...
