Guidelines:
Get a pedometer and get to 10,000 steps a day. If you ate new to exercise, this is a great place to start. Just walk around your house if you can't get outside.

managed to drink lots of fluids but failed to do the daily exercise....... but did an hour on two days....... and been doing the 10,000 step albeit early...... hope to have better luck this week.... c ...
