I always had a weight issue growing up before and after I had my son I seem to have lost the weight. But before I had my son I didn't loose it in a good way. I lost the weight after I had my son because of breast feeding. Well due to working in bakery for almost 2 years eating all those goodies that wasn't good for me I'm at my heaviest and I haven't feel more uncomfortable in my skin more than I do right now. So I'm not going on any special kind of diet but learning my body, how to feed it and what exercise it responds to and all that good stuff. This is a life long journey for me and it's more interesting than I though it would ever be.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I measure and weigh my self every Friday morning. It's to stressful to have to think about doing that everyday and it's better to see your progress every week for motivation.
