Stay at home Mom of a preschooler, hubby works all day. I did Weight Watchers prior to having our son and it worked well but after our son I have had trouble keeping the weight off. Keep going back and forth with WW, lose a few lbs, then put it back on, lose it again, put it on again. I am hoping that Atkins will work for me and keep it off, especially since I am hypoglycemic. Carbs really mess me up so this may be the healthiest way for me to eat anyway. Will give it a shot and see, right?
