Silly Question.. how skinny is too skinny?
I agree, there is definitely a way too skinny, and it's different for everyone. I lived most of my adult life being very overweight, over 200 lbs and I'm 5'6 with an average frame. I lost 100 lbs and got down to 125 lbs, and that was way too skinny for my frame, which is odd because it's the low end of my "target weight range". My collarbone and hip bones stuck out, and you could see my ribs. I've gained some weight back (which is why I'm here! Gotta lose it!) but I don't think I'd ever want to get that small again.
