I am a single 46 year old woman and live North of Fairbanks, Alaska. I was always very thin until about four years ago or so when I gained a lot of weight. I lost a lot in the Spring of 2016 then hit a plateau. I lost my focus, then life happened. When I got on a scale a few weeks ago and had regained some of it, I got back on the program.

In 2016 I did my own thing to lose weight - low calorie, low carb, high fiber and lean proteins. I was doing Ideal Protein Alternative for a while, and switched to Lazy Keto in March. I hit a stall because I could not quit coffee (with sugar). I finally got Monk Fruit sweetener, erythritol, and Lakanto drinking chocolate both for my coffee at home and for the coffee bar at work, and I finally seem to be losing weight again.
