I don't have a scale at home
Something my daughter and I do to keep us motivated is we both found an article of clothing that was in our closet, and knew it no longer fit us and we have that hanging on our wall. She tries hers on about once or twice a week. I try mine on about once a month. She is much closer to fitting into that skirt than I am into my pants. Looking at those articles every day, and seeing how they are getting closer to fitting us is what keeps us going.

If you are in the Indianapolis, Indiana area, I have an extra scale you can have. It is not the best scale in the world. I bought it at Family Dollars for about $10.00 six months ago. Then my mom bought my daughter and I a new one as a congratulations present.

I know how hard it is to stay on this diet. I have to cook two meals every day. One for me and my daughter, and the other one for my husband. He does not need to lose weight and he says diet food is poisonousConfused . It is hard seeing him eat all the good fatting food, but then I feel the difference in the way my clothes fit, and I remind myself it will all be worth it in the end. Another thing I do is look at an old pic of me when I was much, much, much smaller than I am now. That also keeps me going.
