I am 26 years old and i want to loose 50 more pounds off of me. I workout 5 days a week and i run 3 days out of those 5. i also do zumba 4 days a week. I have a personal trainer to gives me exercises to do when i see him every week and he kicks my butt and i am tired after that workout for the day. sometimes i can' keep up because i have asthma and makes me loose my breath. once i loose some more weight i will not have those problems as much anymore. My personal trainer notice today when i see that my endurance is improving a lot that better than has a while back.

i'm looking for buddies to workout with me.
It seems i'm at the gym during the week doing strength training and cardio and i'm not seeing any results by doing it myself. I need someone to workout with me and show me different exercises that will work for me.

today i got back on track of counting my calories. it makes a difference when you eat 5-6 small meals a day and you don't feel as hungry as much.
