Hi, My name is Mayra im 21 years old a mommy to 2 lil twin girl turning 3 this september. trying to loose weight so i can keep up with them and show them a better life style. I'm not self concius i love myself so others can love me, im mostly doin it for my health and family. this isnt me im 63 pounds over weight and it has to go... i have to make the change and only me im bublly friendly and scandolous. i want to be able to take pictures full view and be proud i dont take much wit my kiddos cuz of my size and sometimes i feel akward but not no more

It's friday here comes saturday and sunday.... Planning to stay busy so i wont be in my fridge lol its hard for me in the weekend s lets see folks how this goes. cant wait for monday hard to believe huh that came out of my mouth. im planning to pick up a hubby for the weekend s to keeep me busy any ideas anyone im 21 and like arts and crafts and shooping i like to organize maybe a scrapt book wit no pictures of me till i drop

I already droped 2 pounds and 63 to go to be before my twin daughters, hopfully ill lose 28 by thanksgiving thats my goal so 32 by thanksgiving well be nice but even 1 pound is an achievment. Triadelean is helping takes my hunger away and it burns fat today i weared some skinny jeans i never could were comftable and they zzipped up it felt good cuz i always weared untied not no more this is dooper im really excited,i want to log everythin to help others. i now reading blogs encourage sme to try harder. also find something to distract you i go out with my kids at night ir o hang out wit my neighbor s and say no to alot of stuff yet eat here and there things i do grave. why deprave myself this aint no starvation its to learn to eat healthierRolling Eyes Razz Razz Razz
