Age has finally caught to me. that and a new career. i have been active for most of my life even my job. I use to walk between 5 to 7 miles each work day. Five years ago I changed careers and currently sit at a desk most of the time. i have to retrain my brain to not eat the junk that i use to love and get back to the food that are heathlier.
