HCG Diet
I have just been tracking my calorie intake and exercising when I can (mostly golf) and so far it is working pretty well. Once I get to my goal weight, I will track my weight every day just like now and if the weight starts to go back up, it will be easy to just track the calories again. That's the plan anyway. According to all that I have read, eating too little calories will not make for sustained weight loss nor will eating too many. The idea for me is to keep eating enough that my body doesn't know I am dieting, but not eating too much that the weight doesn't come off. Yesterday, for example, I finished dinner at Schlotzsky's and realized I hadn't eaten enough for the day. When I got home after church I ate some popcorn to bring me up to the minimum even though I wasn't hungry.
