I'm an emotional eater, and I've never been fond of exercise. I've recently reached a weight that I will never feel beautiful at. I need to change, and I need to do it quick. I don't want to feel disgusting for the rest of high school.
My goal is currently 150, although I'd like to get below that later on.
Ultimately, I'd like to be in a bikini by the time I'm 19. I'm almost 17 now, so that gives me enough time.
