Looking for some friends
I am really trying to be serious and really keep the weight off this time.

Would love to find a group of people who can post and keep each other motivated.

I have about 50 pounds to lose and like everyone I would like it to be gone by tomorrow but I know that won't happen.

I am a 45 year old, married woman, two kids in college, and work more than full time. If I have some support, sometimes online is best because I can be honest about my weight. Hard to do with skinny friends and family.

Anyone looking for the same type of support?

Gym People
Maybe you are eating more- if the gym does not work for you walk it is the best exercise. Get some hand weights and bands to do some additional trainng. Cost is less than $50 and that's if you buy a video to go with the bands.

staying motivated
stop calling it a diet and start referring to as 10 days since I changed my eating habits. I lossed 65 pounds that I kept off for 3 years and recently I have gained 15 back, I have been struggling with dieting again, but I finally remembered why I was successful before and for so long- I wasn't on a diet I changed my eating habits and wrote down what I ate.

good luck- 10 days is a long time for a diet- change you eating habits for life- one meal at a time.

I am new...
I would love a friend too- I signed up a while ago but only started using this week. I am married with two kids, my son is 21- same age as "bride" and a daughter 17. I have no buddies either.
