I did not work out yesterday...full day of work! My goal this morning was to get the work outs done first! DONE!!
Took my measurements and compared them to 6 months ago.
Lost 8 lbs and a total of 5 3/4 inches...my clothes do fit better!!!

I stayed within my caloric intake boundaries, plus completed my exercise routine with a little extra over the weekend.
Over all, my eating was under control...looking forward to shedding the next 12 pounds!

Diet followed reasonably well

Only missed 3 days and May was the month I followed my caloric intake the best. May in review....recording your food intake works!

I am sooooo excited!!! Finally made an impact on the scale...4 lbs!!
Even before my weigh in, I had done 30 minutes of cardio followed by a lounge at the pool with laps for 20 minutes.

Finally home again after another week of travel.
I did indulge on junk food but kept my work out schedule (although reduced) to 35 minutes.
My weigh in is scheduled for tomorrow. Cant wait to see the progress!
