I missed work outs and ate poorly. My scale was good to me this morning. Now that I head out for work travel, I will get back into my routine. The goal is to stay under 1400 calories Monday thru Friday.

The work outs seemed to finally hit critical mass. My body is looking better, hence I feel pretty good.

Must stay the course!

still to go: 15.2 lb

Another day to hold the line.

I will try to increase my cardio work out today.

Sunday was a hard day. Met up with friends and blew my day with margaritas. I ate over 2K calories!!!

Yeesh...I have half a month to go. My goal is to stay under 1400 calories.
