A new day.....completed 50 minute sculpt work out. That's a plus.
My goal is to do a 20 minute walk and at least 30 minutes of swimming.
Exercise helps me gain a calm spirit!!

Please,help...Can someone share with me their food diary for a day.....
I am having a hard time eating 20 net grams of carbs. Is it really possilbe?

I am going home tomorrow!!!! I will have a healthy breakfast to hold me over the 5 hour ride from NYC to DC.
It's tough to follow Atkins but i am back to holding my caloric intake.
Atkins forces me to wear a lab coat and that is a bit too serious for me since the shakes and the bars are outside of my affordability factor.
Next week is another marathon travel to Northern NJ.

Fell off for two weeks....and it shows! Yup, muscle definition, weight, and attitude.
Hmmm... it's so simple, yet it takes work. no?
