I am a strong professional that has overcome many challenges.

My interests: music, theater, travel, non fiction, and the beach!

The personal goals that must be accomplished:

1. Work out for an hour -- 2 half hour sessions if necessary.
2. Weigh in twice a week--Monday and Friday
3. Log in everything I eat -- consume 1,500 calories or less per day

My stats as Jan 6th:

Chest: 41 1/2
Arms: 11 5/8
Waist: 35 1/2
Thighs: 22
Hips: 41 1/2

My goal is 160lbs by February 2013.

I did not achieve the quick weightloss you both experienced. Do you use the atkins website for reference or the recipes listed on this site?

Awesome week last week. I definitely cut down how much I ate. The best part is that I had no alcohol nor sweets (my usual downfall) and gee wiz it worked
