i am 39 years old, since 25 i been putting on weight gradually every year. abt 1 and a half year ago, i saw myself in the mirror and it was a real wake up call. i have lost 12 kilo since then. now my weight is ard 77-78, my BF is ard 18-20%. my aim is to lower my BF to 12%.
