I am a 35 year old mother of two. I have done the yo yo thing my whole life and really hope I can for once take it off and keep it off. I think my downfall is that once I get to where I want to be I become comfortable. I slip a little and don't gain weight. Cut back on working out and eat a little more, and don't gain weight and then all of the sudden it seems I wake up one day and it is all back.
I am a dental hygienist and encourage health to my patients on a daily basis. I would like to practice what I preach and start living a healthy lifestyle myself.
I live in New Jersey and since I am not one to brave the cold to exercise I am a member of a gym, but it is hard to get there sometimes, especially when my kids are home. They are too young to leave alone and it is $8 every time a go to the gym to take them. I am considering getting something to do at home on the days I can't make it to the gym. Otherwise I really enjoy working out. The watching what I eat thing is not my favorite.
I am a huge sugar and carboholic. That is why I am trying the belly fat cure. I think it will help me find things I can substitute for my cravings. well here goes.
